= 1326名、以下基本調査）と2001年（n = 910名、以下追跡調査）に腰痛と頸肩痛および生活習慣に関する質問紙調査を実施した。追跡調査では、その全員が基本調査を受けており、その中で基本調査において「腰痛なし」と判定され追跡可能であった者は463名（追跡率66.0%）であり、このデータを縦断研究の分析に用いた。なお、本研究では、「最近1～2ヶ月の間に腰が痛いと感じた頻度」についての質問に対して、「いつもある」、「ときどきある」のいずれかに回答した者を「腰痛陽性」、それ以外を「腰痛陰性」と判定し、頸肩痛の判定についても同様とした。質問紙調査は自己記入式とし、調査内容は、年齢、身長、体重、従事年数、腰痛および頸肩痛症状の有無、日常いらだち事の有無、そして運動習慣、飲酒習慣、喫煙習慣、睡眠習慣、食習慣、コーヒー・紅茶・日本茶等の摂取（茶の摂取習慣）といった生活習慣であった。追跡調査において新たな「腰痛あり」判定者は118名（25.5%）であり、この腰痛の有無を従属変数とし、基本調査で得られた頸肩腕痛、日常いらだち事、生活習慣と交絡因子（年齢、BMI、従事年数）を独立変数として多重ロジスティック回帰分析を行った。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10001_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"110","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"TSUJISHITA,
