rehabilitation","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10001_description_12":{"attribute_name":"論文ID（NAID）","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"40018767775","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10001_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究では、看護学生の看護職への志向を明らかにするために、志向に影響を及ぼす要因と考えられる達成動機に着目し、入学後1年間の学習進度に伴う達成動機の変化に関する調査を行った。研究方法は、A大学看護学科1年生112名を対象者とし、入学後、半年後、1年後の計3回にわたり、無記名の自記式アンケート調査を実施した。分析方法は、まず、達成動機の経時的な変化をみるために一元配置分散分析(繰り返しあり)およびFriedman検定を行った。次に、達成動機の変化の理由を明らかにするために内容分析を行った。一元配置分散分析(繰り返しあり)の結果に有意差はなく、Friedman検定でも有意な変化がみられたのは2項目のみだった。よって、看護学生の達成動機は1年間を通して高い状態を維持していたと考える。また、内容分析で顕著な特徴が見られたのは入学から半年後であり、そのテーマは<実習体験による漠然としたイメージ>、<実習体験による看護の具体化と自己課題の発見>、<実習体験による看護への不安とやりがいのはざま>の3つであった。これらのテーマにはいずれも実習体験が含まれていることから、看護学生の達成動機は早期体験実習を契機に変化していたことが示された。看護学生の達成動機は、学習の進行に伴う自己課題や不安によって揺れ動きながらも、高い状態を維持していたことが明らかとなった。さらに、看護学生の看護職への志向は、達成動機の変化の影響を受けて高まっていることがわかった。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10001_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"240","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"ABE,
