rehabilitation","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10001_description_12":{"attribute_name":"論文ID（NAID）","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"40018767778","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10001_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"兵庫県看護協会は兵庫県からの調査委託を受け、病児・病後児保育の現状とニーズを把握し、今後の病児・病後児保育の取り組みについて検討することを目的に、兵庫県下で暮らす0歳から9歳までの子どもを持つ親やその家族を支援する事業や個人へ、保護者へのニーズ調査、保育サポーターの意識調査、市町及びの調査、市町及びファミリーサポートセンターの意識調査を行った。結果、効果的な広報を検討・実施し、子育て支援事業の利用者の増加を目指すことの重要性、利用しやすく、安心・安全な病児・病後児保育の整備、医師・看護師等の支援の充実、病児・病後児をサポートする人材の育成・研修の充実が明らかとなった。本稿は調査目的および調査のうちの、育児に関する施設を利用している親の育児支援の現状について、年齢別、地域別に明らかにするとともに、育児支援の現状に対するニーズ及び今後のニーズを明らかにし、子どもを持つ女性の就労支援に向けて検討した。結果、サポートの充実の相違がニーズの地域差として明らかになり、年齢では、幼児期と学童期のニーズの相違と地域での共通が明らかとなった。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10001_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"360","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"TOMODA,
