rehabilitation","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10001_description_12":{"attribute_name":"論文ID（NAID）","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"40018767780","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10001_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"侵襲性の高い気管吸引技術の実施状況に関して、気管吸引のガイドラインに基づく質問紙を用いて、ICUと外科系病棟、内科系病棟における比較分析を行った。300床以上の病院に所属し、主に気管挿管患者に対する気管吸引を実施している看護師を対象に、吸引の必要性の判断指標、具体的な吸引実施法、吸引の効果判断指標を尋ねた。対象は、565名(男性30名、女性535名30.8±7.2歳)であった。ICU看護師は、吸引の必要性の判断指標として、「胸部触診時の振動」「気管チューブ内の分泌物を視覚的に確認」を他病棟に比べてより用いていた(p<0.01)。また、吸引間隔は、ICUが内科系病棟よりも有意に短かった(p<0.01)。ICUは他病棟よりも有意に「除痛やせん妄対策を考慮」して吸引を実施していた(p<0.01)。吸引の効果判断指標に関しては、ICUでは他病棟に比べて「振動や胸郭の拡張性」「脈拍数、血圧・心電図などの循環動態」「気道内圧の低下、換気量の増加」が有意に高率に用いられていた(p<0.05、p<0.01)。一方、外科系・内科系病棟では「表情」「皮膚の色」をより指標としていた(p<0.05、p<0.01)。本研究により、ICU看護師の気管吸引には他病棟に比べて、呼吸・循環動態に対するモニタリングを含めた重症患者の治療環境への配慮が認められることがわかった。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10001_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"98","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"MAEDA,
