rehabilitation","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10001_description_12":{"attribute_name":"論文ID（NAID）","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"40018767787","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10001_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"看護実践能力を高める基礎看護技術教育を実践するためには、教授する基礎看護技術項目の精選と、どのような方法と順序性で項目を配置するかの検討が必要である。そこで、我々は看護実践能力を「看護の対象者を生活者として捉え、その人に沿った看護を判断し、安全・安楽・自立(自律)・その人らしさを考慮して実践する能力」とし、教育内容の精選と構造化を試みた。調査は、基礎看護技術を系統立てて解説する図書検索により行い、教授する項目を抽出した。抽出した項目は、看護実践能力を育む基軸(看護の対象者である生活者の理解、看護技術のコア)に基づき分類整理された。その結果、基礎看護技術項目は「環境を整える<活動・休息>」「生理的ニードを整える<清潔・食・排泄>」「生命活動を支える<呼吸・循環>」「健康を取り戻す<検査・治療>」の学習テーマに分類された。それを「難易度」と「健康レベル」に基づき構造化した結果『基礎看護技術学習の道しるべモデル』が完成した。本モデルを活用することにより、教員は学生の基礎看護技術習得レベルを客観的に理解しやすくなり、後続する専門分野の担当教員と看護実践能力を高める連携が図りやすくなるだろう。また、本モデルを活用することで、学生がどの程度基礎看護技術を習得できているかを把握できるため、学生の習得内容の質保証につながると考えられる。さらにこのモデルは、学生が学習プロセスのどの位置にいるのかを把握しやすい構造になっているため、学生が自分の学習を振り返りながら先々の課題を見据え、自己学習する手がかりとしても有効であると考えられる。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10001_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"113","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"HATTORI,
