rehabilitation","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10001_description_12":{"attribute_name":"論文ID（NAID）","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"40018767794","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10001_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"甲南女子大学看護リハビリテーション学部大学院(研究科;修士課程)開設の準備の一貫として、本学の実習施設に勤務する看護職を対象に、看護師の教育ニーズや教育支援体制に関するニーズ、および本学大学院への進学の意向について知ることを目的に質問紙調査を行った。調査期間は2009年7月20日から8月6日で、7施設に勤務する看護職2120名を対象に実施し、1551人から回答が得られ(回収率73.2%)、1531人を分析対象とした(有効回答率72.2%)。対象者の年齢幅は、20歳から60歳までで、20歳代751人(49.1%)、30歳代450人(29.4%)の順で多く、平均年齢は32.1±8.8歳であった。性別では女性が1478人(96.6%)、男性51人(3.3%)で、看護勤務年数の平均は9.8年±8.6年で、実務経験年数10年未満が60%以上を占めていた。大学院進学希望の有無では、希望群が414名(27.1%)であり、先行研究の調査と同程度に高いことが示唆された。その結果を分析したところ、以下のことが明らかになった。1)進学希望群の背景としては、「30歳代」「男性」「既婚」「子ども有」「大学卒」で有意に高かった。2)進学希望の主な理由は、「より専門的な知識の必要性を感じている」「幅広い視点での看護を見直したい」であり、入学後のニーズとしては、「自分の専門領域を深めたい」が最も高かった。3)大学院への要望としては、仕事との両立を図りながら就学できる制度を求める意見が多く、多様な学習形態、および教育環境の整備が望まれている。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10001_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"349","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"EGUCHI,
