Physical Therapists (PTs) help clients work through their clinical stages, such as acute, recovery, and chronic stages. PTs also support the life-cycle of individuals with disabilities. Therefore, PTs should understand and respect each individual patient's needs and clinical stages to provide a higher quality of therapy. The International Classification of Impairments, Disabilities, and Handicaps (ICIDH) used terms (impairment, disability, handicap, etc.) which are not politically correct, leading to unnecessary biases towards individuals with disabilities. Due to the negative images created through the terms used by ICIDH, a new framework has been developed which is known as the International Classification of Functioning, Disability, and Health (ICF). ICF uses revised terms (body function, ability, participation, etc.), which provide a positive image towards individuals with disabilities. Primary Care professionals must always consider their clients' physical and mental states from a broad perspective, as well as valuing each individual client as a whole, thus allowing them to work as one with each client in order to achieve their ultimate goals. PTs should follow the concept used in Primary Care to improve their client's daily living skills and abilities. At the same time, PTs need to understand the goal of each clinical stage of their clients in order to provide the best possible therapy.","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10001_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"126","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"KANZAWA, Nobuyuki"}]}]},"item_10001_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"甲南女子大学"}]},"item_10001_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA12320503","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10001_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"18825788","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"神沢, 信行"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"125","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2012-09-26"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"001-03.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"1.3 MB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"001-03","url":"https://konan-wu.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/21/files/001-03.pdf"},"version_id":"eb75ff70-47b6-4882-abd5-5a4d22772b70"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"jpn"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"journal article","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"生活機能向上への理学療法士の貢献 : 脳血管障害を中心に","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"生活機能向上への理学療法士の貢献 : 脳血管障害を中心に"},{"subitem_title":"Contribution of Physical Therapy towards Improvements in Daily Living Skills : especially for people with Cerebrovascular Disease","subitem_title_language":"en"}]},"item_type_id":"10001","owner":"16","path":["1","13","40"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2012-09-26"},"publish_date":"2012-09-26","publish_status":"0","recid":"21","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["生活機能向上への理学療法士の貢献 : 脳血管障害を中心に"],"weko_creator_id":"16","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-12-19T06:15:39.034081+00:00"}
