Rang understands the anthropology of My Inquiries as being political, and presents five theses as the elements of so-called political anthropology : 1) anthropology orientated socially to a high degree ; 2) anthropology orientated eudemonistically to sensuous want ; 3) anthropology orientated to culture-and society-criticism ; 4) anthropology orientated to individual and social independence, freedom, autonomy ; 5) historical-dialectic anthropology.
