The comparison of the home-helpers that received training seminars and the experienced volunteers showed that, compared with the home-helpers, the volunteers tended to be more supportive in their actions and attitudes toward leisure activities. With regard to training seminars for home-helpers, the importance of enjoying and supporting leisure time activities will be stressed and the home-helpers will be instructed to spend more effort in becoming involved in leisure activities themselves.
