| 内容記述 | This is part of a study on social situations after the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake in 1995. This paper focuses on the human relations in a public shelter located in a municipal junior high school in Nishinomiya. This shelter lasted for eight months. At the beginning of January, it was just an aggregation of evacuated people. At that moment, they were treated equally because they were just regarded as a number. From then on, space for the shelter in the school was gradually limited. Certain people were nominated on to the list and we, volunteers, sent these refugees・to the municipal headquarters so that they could receive a regular service of food and drink. The act of labeling 'the public shelter' had the result of distinguishing the space and the refugees from the rest of the people in the affected area. This process created inequality between people evacuated by the same earthquake. | |||||||
