| 内容記述 | 近年,家族による高齢者介護を捉える新たなアプローテが登場してきている。それは「家族ライフスタイル・アプローチ」の一つ,すなわち「介護ライフスタイル・アプローチ」である。家族の個人化により,個々人は家族における高齢者介護についての個人的選好をもち,家族メンバー間での交渉をとおして,また要介護者への配慮をしながら,「介護ライフスタイル」を構築する。しかし,配偶者間介護を研究する際には,このアプローチは妥当性の点で疑問視されている。なぜなら,いまだほとんどの夫あるいは妻が配偶者の介護について第一の義務を担っていると感じているからである。本稿の目的は,なぜ配偶者間介護においてライフスタイル化が進行しないのかを明らかにすることにある。事例研究における介護者の語りから,配偶者間介護に携わる家族ダイナミックスについての二つの問題点,すなわち(2)夫婦関係システムの閉鎖性と(2)夫婦関係における情緒的相克性が見出された。そしてそれらは・,「夫婦愛原理」および固定的な「性別分業原理」からなる近代的な夫婦家族規範に基づいているという解釈を示した。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | Recently a new approach has emerged for developing the field of eldercare by the family, which is a Caring Lifestyle Approach as a kind of Family Lifestyle Approach. Because of the individualization of the family, individuals could have personal preferences about their caring for elders in their family, and construct a Caring Lifestyle by negotiating among family members while looking after the care-receiver. Nevertheless the validity of this approach can be questioned through investigation of the care of spouses, because most husbands and wives feel primary obligation or duty to care for their dependent partner. The purpose of this article is to examine why lifestylization in caring for spouses does not progress. Through interviews with caregivers, I found two issues about family dynamics in caring for spouses, (1) exclusivity of the marital relations system, and (2) ambivalence in marital relations. I present an interpretation which suggests that these depend on the Modern Conjugal Family Norm composed of Conjugal Love and the fixed Principle of Gender-role. | |||||||
