| 内容記述 | 認知症(痴呆)に対する非薬物療法への関心が高まる中,「認知症のリハビリテーション」の報告が増加しているが,確立した方法はない。これまでに行われてきた「認知症のリハビリテーション」を概観し,その現況と問題点についてまとめると,認知症のリハビリテーションを行うために大事なことは以下のようになる。(1)認知症の症状を改善するのかそれとも予防を目的とするのかを明確にする,(2)認知症の原因疾患が,アルツハイマー病であるのか脳血管障害であるのかを明確にして,それぞれの疾患の特性に併せたリハビリテーションを行う,(3)認知症のどのような症状に対してリハビリテーションを行うのかについての配慮を行う,(4)認知症のリハビリテーションでは,明らかなエビデンスを持った方法がないことを意識して訓練を行う必要がある。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | Non-pharmacological interventions for demented patients increasingly concern us all. However, there is no method of cognitive rehabilitation supported by enough accumulation of clinical evidence. In this short review, studies concerning cognitive rehabilitation for demented people. In conclusion, there are four key points for cognitive rehabilitation for demented people : (1) purpose of rehabilitation should be clarified whether it prevents or improves cognitive dysfunction, (2) causative disease of dementia should be identified, (3) what signs and symptoms of dementia should be treated, (4) therapist should remember that there is no cognitive rehabilitation supported by apparent clinical evidence. | |||||||
