| 内容記述 | 動作分析方法が確立されておらず,用語も統一されていない状況の下,学生が複数の施設で異なる分析方法の指導を受け混乱していることも少なくない。動作分析が一般化されていないことは,動作分析教育を行う上で大きな問題である。動作分析の一般化が困難な理由を把握し,学内教育に求められている課題について検討することを目的としてレビューを行った。その結果,用語や定義に見解の相違があり,複数の目的で動作分析が行われていることが明らかになった。養成校での教育を臨床実習で生かすためには,用語や定義の統一を図り,実習施設との間で動作分析の見解の相違が生じないよう働きかける必要がある。学生に対しては疾患別障害構造をふまえ臨床に即した動作分析教育を行うと共に,問題解決能力を育成するよう努めなければならない。また,評価指標の客観的定量化を進めることは,臨床と教育の両分野から養成校に対して求められている課題であるといえる。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Due to the absence of established methods and standardized terms for motion analysis, students are often confused by differences in the analytical methods they experience at various facilities. The fact that motion analysis has not been standardized is therefore a major problem in motion analysis education. We conducted a review of the literature with the objectives of determining the reasons for the difficulty in standardizing motion analysis and identifying relevant issues in school education. The results showed that there were differences in interpretation of terms and definitions, and that motion analysis was performed with several different objectives. Measures to standardize terms and definitions and to avoid differences in interpretation of motion analysis among clinical and educational facilities are necessary to enable students to apply the knowledge they learned at professional schools in clinical practice. Education for students must include motion analysis education based on clinical treatment for disease-specific problems, as well as development of problem-solving abilities. | |||||||||||
