| 内容記述 | 都市部と農村部における高齢者の見守りネットワーク活動の現状の検討、実態把握により、今後の見守りネットワーク活動のあり方について考えるために、都市部は兵庫県のA市（以下A群とする）、農村部は高知県O町、G村、福井県Ka市（以下B群とする）の民生委員やボランティア等地域見守りネットワークメンバー335人を対象とした質問紙調査を実施した。その結果、両群とも、見守りネットワークメンバーは、地区に愛着をもち、信頼関係の築きやすさといったコミュニティにおける繋がりを基盤とした見守り活動を行っていた。A群では、見守り基準をもち、早期対応できた事例がある人の割合は高かったが、実施している見守り活動の内容には、偏りがみられたため、既存組織との連携・協力による見守りネットワーク活動の活性化を図る必要がある。一方、B群では、見守り基準や見守りネットワークがなくとも、地縁的なコミュニティを基盤として、幅広い見守り活動を実施していたが、今後、役割分担の明確化等、見守り活動上の負担軽減を図る必要がある。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | By examining watch network activities for elderly people and understanding the actual condition in urban and rural areas, we created a paper questionnaire and received responses from 335 welfare commissioners and household visitation volunteers about future watch network activities. The urban area survey was conducted in City A (hereafter, Group A) in Hyogo Prefecture, Town O and Village G in Kochi Prefecture, and City K in Fukui Prefecture (hereafter, Group B). The results showed that watch network group members of both groups are proud of their residential areas and conduct watch activities based on the connections between people in their community, making it easier to build trusting relationships. In Group A, the rete of people who have watch criteria and could respond to early morning issues was high, but the contents of their watch activities were not balanced. Therefore, it is necessary to activate watch network activities with the co-operation of existing organizations. On the other hand, respondents from Group B didn’t have any watch criteria or watch network, but conducted a wide variety of watch activities based on the community’s close relationships. In the future, people from this group need to clarify their roles to reduce their watch activity burden. | |||||||||||||
