| 内容記述 | タッチケアとは、赤ちゃんマッサージのひとつの名称であり、新生児を中心に実施されている。本研究では、言語的なコミュニケーションが困難な障害児と母親のコミュニケーションを中心とした母子の関係性を促進するための方法のひとつとしてタッチケアの有効性を検討することを目的とし、7組の母親に障害児へのタッチケアを1ヶ月間実施してもらった。そして、その前後で母親にインタビューを行い、母親自身の変化のプロセスに焦点をあてて分析した。その結果、タッチケア前後での母親の変化のプロセスとして8つのカテゴリーが抽出され、その変化にはタッチケアの効果と負担感の関係による2つの構造があった。さらに、それらの【おりあいをつける】ことがタッチケアの継続に影響を与えていた。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | Touch Care is a form of baby massage, mainly practiced on newborn babies. The purpose of this research is to examine the effectiveness of Touch Care as a method to promote a healty relationship between a mother and child, focused on establishing communication, since verbal communication between them is difficult to achieve. We requested seven mothers of children with disabilities to practice Touch Care for one month. We interviewed these mothers berore and after the practice and analyzed it focusing on the process of change in the mothers themselves. As a result, eight categories are extracted as a process of the mothers' change before and after practicing Touch Care. Then, these are two structures constructed by the relationship of effect and burden of Touch Care in these changes. Furthermore, we learned that "balancing" these factors affects the continuance of Touch Care. | |||||||
