| 内容記述 | 子どもの突然の死は,その家族にとって極めて外傷的な喪失体験であり,回復に向かう悲嘆過程は非常に困難なものとなる。その影響は,両親の感情面や世界観,生活や人生そのもの,家族システム,遺された子どもたちなど,多方面に多大な影響を与える。本稿では,小児救急における家族援助の重要性について述べ,子どもの死が予測された時点から死後まで継続的に行われることが推奨される医療従事者によるグリーフケアについて考察した。特に,インフルエンザ脳症のグリーフケアガイドラインの中で提唱した具体的な援助方法と,遺族に手渡す「グリーフカード」を紹介した。 | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Sudden unexpected death of a child is an extremely traumatic event, and it is very difficult for family members to recover from severe grief. It has a major effect on parents' emotions, their view of the world, life itself, the family system, bereaved children, etc. In this article, the authors discuss the importance of family support in emergency pediatrics and recommend methods of grief care by physicians from the time of an estimated death to the bereavement aftermath. In addition, we explain the "Grief Card" and its role, which was proposed in Grief Care Guidelines for influenza-associated encephalopathy. | |||||||||||||||||
