| 内容記述 | 心不全患者が療養生活における自らの健康管理を適切に実践できるようになるためには、セルフモニタリングを充実させる必要があると考えられる。そこで本研究は、心不全患者のセルフモニタリングについて、PubMed、CINAHL、ProQuest、医学中央雑誌を用いた文献検討を行い、心不全患者に求められるセルフモニタリングとは何を指すのかを明らかにするとともに、健康管理に関して類似する諸概念との違いを検討した。その結果、心不全患者のセルフモニタリングは、心不全増悪の兆候を早期発見したり、体調管理や治療を適切に継続するために、自ら心不全の状態を観察し、生じていることを把握することであることが示唆された。また、セルフモニタリングは、セルフマネージメントおよびセルフケアの一要素であり、QOLを改善し、その人らしい生活を患者にもたらす健康管理の入り口として存在していることが示唆された。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | In order for heart failure patients to be sufficiently able to practice their own healthcare management during recuperation, it is necessary for self-monitoring to be improved. Thus, in this study of self-monitoring for heart failure patients, an investigation of the literature was carried out using PubMed, CINAHL, ProQuest and Japana Centra Revuo Medicina, to clarify if anything regarding the self-monitoring required for heart failure patients can be identified, and to study the differences between similar concepts related to healthcare management. The results suggested that self-monitoring by heart failure patients allows them to self-observe the condition of their heart failure and grasp the actuality of its progression, in order to detect the signs of worsening heart failure early and sustain their physical condition and treatment adequately. Moreover, self-monitoring is one element in self-management and self-care, and it is suggested that this is also an entryway to healthcare management for providing the patient the life they wish for and improving QOL. | |||||||
