| 内容記述 | This essay is a summary of the first part of a guest speaker's presentation (to be divided into three parts) to the 45^<th> Annual Meeting of the Japan Society of John Dewey, which will be held at Okayama University on 10-12 October 2003. In this presentation, we try to outline a concrete scheme of educational evaluation based on Dewey's theory of education. But Dewey himself did not draw clearly his own scheme of educational evaluation. So, to build a concrete scheme of educational evaluation, we have to borrow some ideas from two streams of educational evaluation, that is, first, Tyler R. W.→Bloom B. S.-a stream of specification of learning goals, next, Biggs J. B.→ Fetterman D. M-a stream of qualitative approaches to evaluation in education. Based on Dewey's own theory of education and these current materials concerning educational evaluation, in this essay, we discuss (1)meanings and kinds of educational evaluation, (2)a part of the concrete scheme of educational evaluation we have in mind. | |||||||
