| 内容記述 | 今日の「地域ケア」をめぐる基礎的課題は保健・医療・福祉に携わる人たちや国民一般に「ケア」のコンセプトが形成されていないことである。諸家により説かれてきたケア総論と実践現場における各論が乖離していることもさることながら、実践のなかで広義のケアの概念を戴した技法の改変・創出の必要性が未だ十分に認識されているとはいえない。 保健・医療・福祉領域の望ましい協働関係を構築するためには、ケアを「生を受けたものが、その限りある命をできる限りよりよくまっとうすることができるよう相互に支援しあうすべての営み」というケア本来の概念を受け入れ、ケア課題が人々の生をめぐる包括的課題であることが理解されなければならない。そのような広義の概念の共有が「地域ケア」の質的発展の土台となる。このことが許容できない素地のもとではいかなる技法論も連携論もよって立つ基盤のない不毛な論となるであろう。 |

| 内容記述 | A fundamental problem in "community care" is that the concept of "care" has not yet been established among health, medical, and welfare professionals and the general public. There is a huge gap between general theories of care proposed by scholars and specific theories that are required for care practice. Moreover, most people involved in care practice still do not recognize the necessity of incorporating the broad concept of care into care techniques. In order to achieve effective collaboration among health, medical, and welfare workers, it is essential to recognize the primary concept of care: "mutual assistance or support to help people live life to the ful lest", and understand that care is a comprehensive issue closely associated with life. It is important to be able to share the concept of care in the broad sense to provide quality care in communities. Otherewise, any theories of care techiniques or cooperation will be nothing but nusupported claims. |
