| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、切迫早産により入院中の妊婦が、入院期間を通して変化していく自分の状況と医療職者の言動を妊婦がどのように感じとらえているのか、その時々の妊婦の思いを明らかにすることである。研究方法は切迫早産と診断され入院している妊婦3名を対象に参加観察法およびインタビューによりデータ収集を行い、内容の分析を行った。その結果①正期産近くになると妊婦の不安や不満は増加していくこと②妊婦は本音を言葉や態度に隠しているが看護者が察知してくれることを期待していること③看護者の日常のケアから喜びを得ていること、と医療職者に表出しなかった想いや医療職者への望みなどが明らかになった。以上より、異常から正常への移行期にある妊婦への関わり方、妊婦の思いを尊重した上で医療やケアを提供することの重要性が示唆された。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the thoughts of pregnant women to the speech and behavior patterns of doctors and nurses during hospitalization due to the threat of premature delivery and to changes in their condition. Data from observation and interviews were collected for 3 expectant mothers hospitalized with the diagnosis of threatened premature delivery and subjected to content analysis.Following are the findings of our study: ①Uneasiness and dissatisfaction increase in the late stages of pregnancy; ②Pregnant women hide their real intentions through their words and behaviors, but expect nurses to understand their actual intentions; ③Pregnant women get enjoyment from the daily care that nurses perform.These findings suggest that with regard to the shift from abnormal to normal condition, the medical care offered to pregnant women, should take the feelings of pregnant women into consideration. | |||||||
