| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、看護師の精神健康にネガティブな影響を与えると言われている感情労働に着目し、感情労働が肯定的な経験となるための方法について考察することである。 看護師の感情管理の現状を知るために、一般病棟に勤務する看護師を対象にアンケート調査を行なった結果、表層演技でネガティブ感情を持つものが29.3%あった。また、感情管理要因として最も使われていたのが、患者に個人として親しみを感じるという「親密性」であり、「距離化」や「振り返り」が重要な要因であることが示された。 看護師の感情労働が肯定的体験となるために、感情管理要因をスキルとして捉え、感情労働を必要とする状況に応じて組み込む必要性と、さらに自己の経験や感情を振り返り意味づけることの重要性が示唆された。 |

| 内容記述 | This study focused on nurses' emotional labor and the method to affirmative experiences. To ascertain the factors regarding nurses’ management of their feelings, we administered a questionnaire survey to nurses working in a general ward. The results showed that 29.3% had negative feelings regarding surface acting. It was also shown that “Intimacy” “Distance is taken” and “Arrangement of feelings” were major factors in nurses’ emotional management. So that nurses’ emotional labor could become an affirmative experience, “Needs to recognize the skill of management” “Necessity for acting according to the situation” and “Learn from their experience and feelings”, are important of their emotions to be considered. |
