| 内容記述 | 太子町において親支援プログラムNobody's Perfect（NP）を展開し、その評価を行った。 太子町は、比較的若い世代、新興住宅が多いわりに、子育て支援の場は少ない。今回NPを実施して、参加者から非常に高い肯定的評価を得、ファシリテーター自身にもファシリテートしたことの達成感という良好な効果が実感できた。NPは親自身のエンパワーメントを高める効果とピアサポート効果にすぐれていることを確認した。 |

| 内容記述 | We evaluated the effectiveness of “Nobody’s Perfect” (NP), an educational program for parents, in Taishi-cho. Few resources for child rearing are available in Taishi-cho despite the increasing number of young couples and families. We implemented the NP program and found that it was highly valued by participants. Facilitators themselves were positively influenced by the program’s effectiveness. We confirmed that NP can effectively empower parents and serve as an excellent resource for peer support. | |||||
