| 内容記述 | 基礎看護学領域における看護技術教育は、その後の専門領域における看護技術習得にも影響を与える重要な出発点である。本学の基礎看護学領域では、F. ナイチンゲールの看護観を中核に据えて、さらに安全・安楽・自立（自律）の原則をふまえ、対象者の文化背景（その人らしさ）に配慮することができる、看護実践能力を備えた看護者を育成するための技術教育を模索している。本稿では、本学の学生が2年次後期に行なわれた基礎看護学実習終了時までに習得すべき基礎看護技術について、入学早期より学内で意識的に自己学習し、さらに臨地実習ではより多くの看護技術を体験し、その到達段階を高めることを目指した『基礎看護技術経験録』を作成したのでその経過を報告する。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Nursing skill education in the basic study of nursing is a prime starting point that affects the acquisition of nursing skills in latter special learning fields. The basic nursing study course at Konan Women’s University sets as its core the nursing views of Florence Nightingale to nurture nursing attendants with practical nursing abilities, while seeking to teach nursing skills that are based on the principles of safety, comfort and autonomy, taking into consideration the cultural background of each patient. Here, we report on a “Checklist for Experiencing Basic Nursing skills Experience” that we’ve created for basic nursing skills that our students must acquire by the end of their basic nursing study training held during the latter half of their sophomore year. The purpose of this checklist is for our students to consciously study about the field themselves from the early stage after their entrance into school and to experience many nursing techniques during on-site clinical practice. | |||||
